If feeding feels harder than it should… you’re not imagining it

If your baby is struggling to latch, constantly fussy at the breast, or feeding around the clock with little relief—you’re not alone.

You might be dealing with:

You don’t have to “wait it out.” There’s a reason—and there’s support.

I’m a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with 15 years of experience and have spent the past 5 years supporting families as a Lactation Consultant. But beyond the credentials, I’m also a mother of three and it’s that journey that truly shapes the way I support the families I work with.

Use Your FSA/HSA for Lactation Support

Lactation services may be eligible for FSA/HSA reimbursement. While I do not bill insurance directly, many families use their benefits for in-home breastfeeding support, tongue-tie evaluations, and feeding therapy.

Honestly, I just want to help other Mamas not suffer like I did!

Two of my children were born with tongue and lip-ties, and I’ve lived through both the heartache and the healing. My son’s tongue reattached after a release, and we had no lactation support at the time. It was an incredibly hard season. Later, with my daughter, the experience was so different. We had compassionate, knowledgeable help—and it made all the difference.

That contrast fuels my passion to walk alongside other families through these often confusing and emotional moments. You deserve to feel supported, understood, and empowered every step of the way.

Real answers. In your home. Without the overwhelm.

You don’t need more generic advice. You need someone who understands both breastfeeding and oral function and can see what’s really going on.

That’s where I’m different.

Testimonials

Working with Bethany was the best experience of my breast feeding journey thus far! Over the past almost 10 months my daughter and I had struggled with painful breastfeeding and when we went to the dentist they had confirmed that her “minor lip and tongue tie” that we were told about by hospital lactation were actually thick and already potentially causing issues with her teeth. Tinker tooth recommended reaching out to Bethany and it was the best decision ever!! She got back to me so quickly and answered all my questions right off the bat and it was super easy (and quick) to schedule an in-home evaluation. At the evaluation she watched our morning feeding routine and evaluated my daughter’s ties. We went ahead with her recommendation to get her ties cut and the support we got throughout that process and recovery was amazing! As a first time mom it was a bit nerve wracking to go through but Bethany made the process so much smoother and helped calm my nerves so much. Now my daughter and I are breastfeeding better than ever before and her tie cuts have healed great! I wish I would have reached out to Bethany from the very beginning but better late than never, I will never hesitate to reach out again with any issues with feeding in the future. I absolutely recommend Bethany to anyone struggling with breastfeeding or needing evaluation/support with tie revision!!

Bethany is the best!!! When I started having issues nursing my son, she helped guide me on what to do to and finding solutions! She showed me that he had a lip tie and helped with stretches and his latch after his release! The weekly lactation classes were so helpful not only with information but she also had guest speakers & I met other moms in the same boat as I was! I can’t say enough good things!

Bethany is great at what she does. Before I had my baby, she reached out as a friend to offer any advice or assistance on all things motherhood. She took the time to share her experiences with me and provide resources for breastfeeding and “mom community.” Her breastfeeding group that met at the Brownsburg Library had a guest speaker that helped quantify how to get healthy postpartum while breastfeeding (which is often difficult to make sure you’re getting enough calories and protein to sustain your milk supply). I found this speaker super informative, and her advice changed the way I looked at feeding myself postpartum. In addition to her plethora of knowledge on breastfeeding, Bethany is a great connector of people. Her weekly newsletter is fun, encouraging, and relatable. I have, personally, used 2 of her links included in her newsletters. Having Bethany’s name behind them as spokesperson definitely was a factor in me making the choice to utilize these resources. Bottom line, Bethany is a mom. She “gets it.” When you work with Bethany, you get the kind of care and understanding you desire, because she’s “been there” too.
