Built Around Real Life: A Monthly Community for Women Who Are Done Doing It Alone

Built Around Real Life is a monthly membership community for women in the Brownsburg and Hendricks County area who are building something meaningful around the reality of their actual life.

It opens August 1, 2026.

It is $47 per month.

And it was created for the woman who is running a practice, building a business, or doing her best work while also showing up for her family and her clients and her community and sometimes wondering if there is a room somewhere for people who are doing exactly that.

There is. This is that room.

What Built Around Real Life Is

Built Around Real Life is not a mastermind with a giant price tag. It is not a course you have to finish before you are allowed to connect. It is a community first, with real structure built around the things that actually move the needle.

Here is what is included every month:

Monthly workshops. Practical, focused learning on topics that matter to women building their own thing. These are not surface-level overviews. They are the kinds of sessions where you actually take notes.

Coffee meetups. In-person gathering, no agenda required, just connection with other women who are in the same season of life and business.

Private Facebook group. A space that stays active between live events, where you can ask a question, share a win, ask for a referral recommendation, or just remind yourself that other people are figuring it out too.

Business directory. A curated, searchable directory of the women in the community. When someone in the group needs a referral in your area or field, your name is already there.

Weekly spotlights and newsletter spotlights. Visibility built right into the community structure. Every week, someone in the community gets seen.

Guest blog features. If you have something to say and an audience that needs to hear it, there are built-in opportunities to contribute to the content library and get in front of new readers.

Who This Is For

Built Around Real Life is for women who are building something, whether that is a private practice, a service business, a wellness brand, a creative venture, or something that does not have a clean category yet.

It is especially resonant for women who are also mamas, or who serve mamas and families in their work, and who want to be surrounded by other women who understand both the calling and the challenge of that.

You do not need to be at a certain stage or have a certain revenue. You need to be the kind of woman who believes that community over competition is not just a nice phrase. It is actually how the best work gets done.

Why Community Matters More Than You Might Think

I have been building my practice in Brownsburg for a while now, and the most significant growth I have seen has come from relationships with other women in my community, not algorithms.

The referral from a trusted doula. The mama who came to me because her chiropractor sent her my way. The opportunity that appeared because someone in my network thought of me when a door opened.

Those things happen inside community. They do not happen in isolation.

And it works both ways. When I know and trust the women around me, I can refer my clients with confidence. I can send a mama to a pelvic floor PT I have actually met and know. I can recommend a sleep consultant I have sat across the table from and trust with my people.

That is the kind of ecosystem Built Around Real Life is designed to grow.

If you are local to Brownsburg and have not yet been to a Community Collective evening, the August 4 gathering at Browny is a good first step. It is the kind of room where this community started.

And if you work with mamas and babies and you want your name in front of the families in this area who need what you do, the postpartum breastfeeding support page gives you a sense of how I think about collaborative care in this community.
