Coffee meetups. In-person gathering, no agenda required, just connection with other women who are in the same season of life and business.
Private Facebook group. A space that stays active between live events, where you can ask a question, share a win, ask for a referral recommendation, or just remind yourself that other people are figuring it out too.
Business directory. A curated, searchable directory of the women in the community. When someone in the group needs a referral in your area or field, your name is already there.
Weekly spotlights and newsletter spotlights. Visibility built right into the community structure. Every week, someone in the community gets seen.

I have been building my practice in Brownsburg for a while now, and the most significant growth I have seen has come from relationships with other women in my community, not algorithms.
