The Community Collective Brownsburg is happening August 4, 2026, and if you are a woman provider in the maternal, infant, or family wellness space, I want you in the room.
This is not a generic networking event. This is a curated evening specifically for the chiropractors, doulas, lactation consultants, pelvic floor physical therapists, mental health therapists, sleep consultants, bodyworkers, and every other skilled woman who shows up for mamas and babies in Hendricks County and across the westside of Indianapolis.
We are gathering at Browny (25 S Green St, Brownsburg, Indiana) on Tuesday, August 4 from 6 to 8 PM. Wild Rose Mobile Sips and Sweets will be there. Early bird tickets are $37 and the early bird window closes July 15, 2026.
Here is everything you need to know.
About the Community Collective Brownsburg
Dr. Rachel Franco and I have been in conversation about the provider landscape in our area for a while, and what we keep coming back to is this: the women doing the most meaningful work with mamas and babies in Hendricks County often do not know each other.
Not because anyone is guarding territory. But because building these connections takes time that is nearly impossible to find when you are running your own practice and showing up fully for every client.
The Community Collective is designed to fix that.
This is a small, intentional evening where you can meet the other women doing work that complements yours. You can have a real conversation without a pitch or a badge on a lanyard. You can leave with relationships that actually mean something.
Brownsburg is growing. Families are moving here, having babies here, and looking for quality care here. The providers who know and trust each other are the ones who can give those families the kind of coordinated, whole-person care that changes outcomes.
That is what this gathering is building toward.
Who This Is For
If you are a woman provider offering any kind of care to mamas, babies, children, or families in Hendricks County or the westside of Indianapolis, this evening is for you.
That includes chiropractors, birth and postpartum doulas, lactation consultants, pelvic floor physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, midwives, pediatric nurses and nurse practitioners, perinatal mental health therapists, birth photographers, sleep consultants, infant massage therapists, and any other skilled provider in the maternal and infant health space.
You do not need an established practice or a certain number of years in business. If you care about the work and you want to know the women doing it alongside you, come.
What to Expect on August 4
Two hours. A beautiful venue. Good drinks and sweets from Wild Rose Mobile Sips and Sweets. A room full of women who understand why this work matters and do it anyway, even on the hard days.
There will be time for genuine conversation. The kind where you learn what someone else does and realize they are exactly the provider you have been wanting to refer to for the past six months. The kind where someone mentions a challenge they are navigating and three people in the room have already figured it out.
Dr. Rachel and I are keeping this intentionally small and curated because we want every person in the room to be able to actually connect, not just collect business cards.

Why Community Over Competition Changes Everything
I talk with mamas every day who are trying to piece together their postpartum care team from scratch. They know they need breastfeeding support. They heard they might benefit from a chiropractor for their baby. Their midwife mentioned a pelvic floor PT. But nobody handed them a trusted list.
That is because the providers they need often do not know each other.
When we do know each other, things change. I refer a baby with body tension to a chiropractor I have an actual relationship with, that family gets seamless care. When a postpartum doula sends a mama my way and I send her back with clear notes, everybody wins, and especially the mama.
That kind of coordinated care does not happen by accident. It requires intentional time in the same room.
If you are interested in staying connected to local provider community events beyond this one evening, the Built Around Real Life membership is opening August 1 with monthly workshops, coffee meetups, and a built-in directory of women building businesses in our area.
