Is your child struggling with sleep, breathing, or constant congestion?
Mouth breathing, restless sleep, bedwetting, and teeth grinding are often dismissed
But they can be signs of something deeper
If Your Child Is…
- Constantly sick or congested
- Snoring, mouth breathing, or sleeping with their mouth open
- Waking up in the night (sometimes for hours)
- Wetting the bed beyond typical age
- Showing dark circles or always looking tired
- Struggling with enlarged tonsils or restless sleep
These are not just “phases.”
They are often signs your child is not breathing well and it can impact sleep, behavior, and development.
A Simple Path Forward
You don’t have to guess what’s going on
I will walk you through each step so you feel confident in what to do next:
Step 1:
Free Consult
Start with a quick, no-pressure conversation We’ll talk through what you’re noticing, your child’s symptoms, and whether this is a good fit before moving forward:
- Ask questions
- Get initial guidance
- Decide next steps together
Many parents start here just to get clarity and talk things through
Step 2:
Comprehensive Evaluation ~$250
We begin with a one-on-one, in-home evaluation to fully understand your child’s needs.
This includes:
- Assessment of breathing patterns
- Oral muscle evaluation (tongue, lips, jaw)
- Tongue-tie screening
- Identification of habits impacting function
You’ll receive a clear, verbal walkthrough of findings and next steps, so you know exactly what’s going on and how to move forward.
(A brief summary can be shared with your child’s dentist if needed.)
Step 3:
Personalized In-Home Therapy ~$1200
If therapy is recommended, we move into a customized plan designed to retrain the muscles needed for proper nasal breathing.
This is a guided, step-by-step process not a quick fix.
What Therapy Includes:
- In-home sessions (typically 8 sessions, 30 minutes each)
- Personalized therapy plan
- Hands-on parent coaching at every visit
- Simple, realistic exercises your child will actually do
- Ongoing adjustments as your child progresses
The greatest progress happens when families are ready to practice small, simple strategies between visits, so each session builds on what your child is already learning at home.
Let’s Be Honest:
Results depend on consistency at home.
If exercises are not followed between sessions, there is no guarantee of progress.
- But when families stay consistent, this work can significantly improve:
- Nasal breathing
- Sleep quality
- Oral muscle strength and function
- Long-term habit patterns
You won’t be doing this alone. I guide you every step of the way.
Not sure if this applies to your child?
Start with this quick checklist to see if your child may be showing signs of mouth breathing or oral muscle dysfunction.
This takes less than 2 minutes and will help you understand
what to look for and whether it may be time to get support.
Many parents are surprised by how many of these they recognize.
