It is 2 AM. You are up feeding again, and a question just crept into your brain that is not going to let you rest.
Is he getting enough? Should I be pumping after this feed? Is this latch causing the problem, or is this just what it feels like? Is this normal, or is something actually wrong?
Your pediatrician’s office opens Monday. The lactation consultant you saw once in the hospital is booked out for weeks. You open Google and there are a thousand answers and none of them are about your baby.
So you sit with it. You worry quietly. You get through the feeding and climb back into bed and lie there, not quite able to turn your brain off.
I built something for exactly this moment.
Online Lactation Support That Actually Fits Your Life
Introducing Mama, I’ve Got You, my monthly online lactation support membership.
For $47 a month, with a 3-month minimum, you get me in your corner every single day. Text me a question. Send a photo of the latch and I will tell you what I see. Leave me a voice message at whatever hour the question hits you. You will hear back from me within 24 hours, every day of the week.
This is not a one-time appointment. This is not a hotline where you leave a message and hope for the best. This is consistent, personal, ongoing support from a Speech Language Pathologist and Certified Breastfeeding Counselor who has been through her own painful, messy, complicated feeding journey and knows what it actually takes to get through this season.
You will never have to sit with a 2 AM worry until Monday.

Why This Exists
I became a lactation specialist because I kept seeing the same gap.
There is the reassurance world, where everything is fine and just keep trying. And there is the crisis world, where something is clearly wrong and you need emergency care. In between those two worlds is where most breastfeeding struggles live. The latch that hurts just enough to dread every feeding. The baby who seems to work hard but comes off unsatisfied. The weight gain that is technically okay but feels low. The question that is not urgent enough for the ER but too important to ignore for another week.
That gap is where mamas suffer the most, and it is where I wanted to be.
With my second son, I lived through painful feeding struggles myself, including a tongue-tie that no one caught for months. By the time we figured out what was happening, we had already spent weeks in that gap between fine and crisis, trying things that were not quite working, not knowing why. That experience is why this work matters so much to me now.
If you are wondering whether tongue-tie might be part of your picture, the free guide Why Does Feeding Feel So Hard is a good place to start before you even reach out.
What You Can Send Me
Text messages work for anything you can put into words. A question, a concern, a detailed description of what a feeding just looked and felt like. I read every word and respond specifically, not with a generic script.
Photos let me see things you cannot always describe. How the latch looks from the outside, what your nipple looks like after a feeding, how your baby is positioned. A photo can answer questions faster than a paragraph of description.
Voice messages are there for the moments when it is easier to just talk it through. When you are holding a baby and cannot type. When what you are feeling is too complicated for a text. Record it and send it and I will listen.
And I will always answer within 24 hours. If you send something in the middle of the night, I will see it first thing in the morning. You are not waiting days for a callback like you might with a doctor’s office. You know an answer is coming.
What This Actually Costs
Three months of support for $47 a month comes to $141.
A single in-home lactation visit is $247.
For a breastfeeding journey that is going to keep evolving over the next three months as your baby grows, your supply regulates, and new questions come up, a membership makes sense in a way that a single appointment simply cannot.
And if along the way we decide that a closer, hands-on evaluation would help, your membership fee comes right off the cost of a full visit, bringing it to just $200.
Lactation support is also an eligible expense for FSA and HSA funds, which means this may cost you less out of pocket than you think. Worth checking your balance before you decide.
After your first three months, you are free to cancel anytime. No long-term contract.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is online lactation support?
Online lactation support means having access to a certified lactation specialist through text, photo, and voice messages rather than only through in-person appointments. Bethany’s membership, Mama, I’ve Got You, gives you a 24-hour response guarantee, daily access, and personalized guidance for $47 a month over a 3-month commitment.
Is text-based lactation support as helpful as an in-person visit?
For many questions, yes. You can describe what you are experiencing, send a photo of the latch, or share a voice message, and Bethany can give specific, personal guidance based on what she sees and hears. For situations that need a hands-on evaluation, she can let you know and your membership fee comes off the cost of a full visit.
What kinds of questions can I ask?
Anything feeding-related. Latch pain, supply concerns, pumping questions, weight gain worries, whether something looks or sounds normal, what to do when the baby pulls off repeatedly, whether a tongue-tie could be involved, how to manage cluster feeding, how to adjust as your baby grows. There are no silly questions.
How fast will Bethany respond?
Within 24 hours or less, every day of the week. If you send a message overnight, she will see it first thing in the morning and respond from there.
Can I use FSA or HSA funds for this?
Yes. Lactation support is an eligible expense for FSA and HSA funds. It is worth checking your account balance before you sign up, as this membership may cost you less out of pocket than you expect.
What if I need to cancel?
After your initial 3-month commitment, you can cancel anytime with no questions asked. The 3-month minimum exists because breastfeeding challenges rarely resolve in a week or two, and real progress takes time.
What if I need more than messaging support?
Some situations need a closer look than text and photos can provide. If Bethany feels that a hands-on evaluation would help, she will let you know, and your $47 monthly fee comes off the cost of a full evaluation, bringing your total to $200.
