As a provider, I confidently collaborate with Bethany in the care of our shared patients. As a speech language pathologist with advanced training in lactation, feeding therapy, and myofunctional therapy, she brings an exceptional depth of knowledge and clinical skill to every family she serves.
She is thorough in her evaluations, thoughtful in her treatment planning, and incredibly patient in her approach. What truly sets her apart is her ability to make families feel heard, supported, and empowered. I consistently receive positive feedback from the families we work with together and am grateful to collaborate with someone of her caliber.

From the Mamas I've Walked With

Bethany was amazing! My daughter had a lip and tongue-tie release procedure. She walked me through the process, answered all of my questions and supported me through the whole process. 1000% recommend Bethany!

Bethany was incredibly helpful in helping with newborn feeding challenges. She diagnosed my son’s lip-tie and worked with me before and after his revision. I’ve enjoyed attending her weekly Lactation class with other moms. It’s been a great place for support and advice with all things breastfeeding.
~Caroline Beachum
She was incredibly helpful and nice with helping us navigate my sons lip/tongue-tie, we highly recommend her and if I have any trouble with breastfeeding second around I'll be coming to her again.

Thank you for the support and advice! I would've given up already if it wasn't for all the cheering!

Bethany has been amazing, she is very attentive to my needs and truly cares. She was so quick to jump on zoom with me and quickly gave me a game plan to help me increase my milk supply. I exclusively breast pump and I've noticed a great difference her help! I cant stop recommending her enough!

Bethany has been a great resource in lactation and feeding for my patients. Being able to collaborate effectively and share patients is a level of trust that can be hard to find. It’s great to have another genuine provider to work along side. It has been a pleasure working alongside Bethany. This is what community is all about!

Frequently Asked Questions.

Yes. Lactation consulting services are FSA and HSA eligible. I’ll provide documentation you can submit for reimbursement. I don’t bill insurance directly, but many families use their FSA or HSA card to cover the cost of their package.

Usually the same week you call. I keep my schedule flexible so I can get to you quickly, especially if you’re in the early newborn days when every feeding matters. Don’t wait to reach out.

If you want full support from start to finish, including release day and three follow-up visits, the Gold package is the right fit. If you want structured pre and post-release support without extended ongoing access, the Standard package gives you exactly that. Not sure? Book a free consult and we’ll figure it out together.

Babies who go into a release without bodywork and oral motor preparation often have a harder recovery. The tongue needs to be ready to move in new ways after the restriction is released, and without prep, old patterns can come right back. Both packages include a pre-release visit for this reason.

No. You can book directly with me. I do collaborate with your pediatric dentist and other providers when helpful, and I’ll send a care summary to your team after our visits.

That’s okay. Not every baby with a tie needs a revision. My job is to look at the full picture and help you understand what’s actually going on. Sometimes positioning changes, oral motor work, and feeding adjustments are all that’s needed. I’ll never push a release if I don’t believe it’s the right call for your baby.

I’m based in Brownsburg and come to you throughout Hendricks County, Boone County, and the westside of Indianapolis. That includes Avon, Plainfield, Danville, Pittsboro, Clayton, Lizton, Whitestown, and Zionsville. Live a little further out? I’d still love to support you — there’s a $35 travel fee for families outside those counties.

If feeding feels hard, or something feels off, trust that. Pediatricians are wonderful, but tongue-tie training isn’t always part of their curriculum. I look at oral function, feeding mechanics, and your comfort as a mama, not just weight gain. A second opinion never hurts.
